Over the past few months, we have witnessed change in infrastructure, machinery, additional staff, new offices and much more. These developments have ultimately been made to increase customer support, manufacturing capabilities and process flow, in turn delivering services to our customers that are second to none.
One of the most recent developments that have taken place is the formation of the new Contract Management Team, who will work under the supervision of Peter Baxendale, the company’s Group Production Director. The newly formed team includes, Liz Annett, Natasha Thorpe and Sandra Thornton. This new arrangement has been put into place to provide better streamlined information to our customers. Our customers will now receive information in a simplified, accurate and organised manner through this experienced and highly efficient new team, as they will channel all information from every department regarding a customer’s orders.
Peter Baxendale, the Group Production Director, commented, “This new setup is now going to effectively funnel all order information from all of our departments into one single department. We are going to be picking it up once the orders are placed and will take care of it from there on. There is going to be vast improvement and in addition to this, it will help to improve communication and ultimately give precise information to our customers. If they have any queries, they can now come straight to our team, knowing that they will get them answered.”
Furthermore he added, “We are getting to see equal division of labour. In the long run, we are looking to get a person for documentation of orders too. In a short period of time, I can already see everything falling into place and good team work.”
Natasha Thorpe, part of the newly formed Contract Management Team, expressed her thoughts, “This setup will make it easier for the customers to liaise with their dedicated contract manager and make the process far quicker.”
Sandra Thornton also a part of the new team commented, “The customers will have one direct point of contact. One team or account manager, who can give them the right information and right answers.”
We believe in the immeasurable capabilities of our staff and the quality of the service they provide, with that said, we wish our New Contract Management Team the very best of Luck.
